CPR Project
The Maxwell Community Foundation was developed to improve the village with community projects. The Brittenham Park shelter, picnic tables and the village center bathroom/kitchen remodel are due to the fundraising efforts of the foundation. New park bathrooms are the next project the foundation is looking to fund. The current bathrooms are housed in the concession stand that was built in 1974. They are outdated and are too small for events such as Heritage Days the village hosts. Named the CPR Project (Community Park Restrooms) the Maxwell Community Foundation has launched a fundraising campaign to build new bathrooms at our village park. The current building that houses the bathrooms will be expanded to a larger, updated concession stand to accomodate school and community events held at the park. For more information, or to donate, contact the village office.
